Paladin is available to local and surrounding area nursing homes, assisted living, adult homes, etc. for dialysis, doctor’s appointments, scheduled hospital visits, as well as inter-facility transfers for stretcher patients.  We also offer emergency services for our local and surrounding areas.   We currently do not offer wheelchair services.

 

For any type of scheduled visit, we request that you call us as far in advance as you are able to in order to arrange the trip.  However, we are happy to accept appointments on short notice, if we have the availability to do so.  Please call with ANY transport needs and we will inform you of our availability.

 

Paladin is a registered Logisticare provider.  Medicaid recipients that require transports should be arranged through Logisticare.  You may request Paladin to do the transport when you contact Logisticare.

 

Paladin is also available for emergency and non-emergency transports to hospitals.  We are willing to transport to the facility of choice, as long as the patient is in stable enough condition to do so.  An unstable patient must be taken to the closest facility as required by law.
